Some Steps to Stay Away From Coronavirus:
- Hands:
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or an alcohol-based solution. It is a must for every person to wash their hands frequently these days.
- Sneezing:
Kindly do wear a face mask or sneeze with your elbows bent to your face so you sneeze into your elbows. If you are using tissues, dispose them immediately.
- Face protection:
Please avoid touching your face every now and then. Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth frequently. This will help avoid the virus entering your body.
- Distance:
In terms of social interaction take a few steps backward and keep a distance from every person you meet. At-least keep 1 meter distance from anyone you meet so that if either of you cough or sneeze the other person can stay protected.
- Stay Home:
Please try to stay home these days and if you feel sick you should quarantine yourself and refer a doctor immediately.
- Stay Hot:
Avoid cold-drinks and junk food as the virus spreads in cold. It dies in hot temperature. So, make a habit of drinking hot water, use black tea etc. Eat healthy diet and avoid junk food.
